Setting Public Hearings - 18300 Camino Real CCAD PID #11306

On the 21^st day of October, 2024, at 6:45 pm and on the 18^th day of November 2024, at 6:30 pm the City Council will hold two public hearings giving all interested persons the right to appear and be heard on the proposed annexation by the City of Mustang Ridge, Texas of the following described property, to-wit: 18300 Camino Real (CCAD PID #     11306 Legal Description: Albert M. Leavy Survey, Abstract No. 171, and the Pablo Martinez League No. 9, Abstract No. 181, City of Mustang Ridge, Caldwell County, Texas, being a portion of a called 103.75 acre tract of land (Parcel 2), a portion of a called 126.23 acre tract of land (Parcel 3), and all of a 0.057 acre tract of land (Parcel 2-A) conveyed to RFJJ HWY 21 LLC by deed recorded in Document No. 2023-000148. Into the city limits, owned by RFJJ HWY 21 LLC.
